Join our talented Insulation team! BE Retrofit is looking for motivated and hardworking Insulation Technicians to onboard ASAP! In this job, you will travel weekly, earn union scale wages with fringe benefits, learn a skilled trade, advance to leadership positions (see below), have weekends off, get paid weekly, and have all your tools and equipment provided by the company. Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $34.00 to $100.00 per hour (Pay based on project not experience!)

Project Locations: Schools and Municipal Buildings in New England, NY, NJ (Commercial work only)

Sample Tasks to Install: Door weather-stripping, window caulking, attic air sealing and insulation, mechanical insulation. (You will be formally trained in these tasks by our Training Supervisor)

A Few Basic Requirements:

Enthusiasm about weekly overnight travel for out of state work.
Have a clean driving record and a valid license (to drive company vehicles).
Some amount of trade labor experience necessary (Construction, landscaping, painting, carpentry etc.)
Have worked in physically demanding environments.
OSHA 10 or higher (If you don't have this certification, it's ok! You can complete it prior to starting in the field).
Comfortable on ladders and lifts.
Be able to read a tape measure and operate most hand tools.
Working knowledge of basic technology like accessing email on your phone.
A willingness to learn, a growth mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
